Privacy policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026. PickMyStack is in beta.
PickMyStack ("we") helps realtors and small businesses pick AI tools. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain language. We aim to follow Canada's PIPEDA and CASL.
What we collect
- Tasks you type into the matcher and the business type you pick. We use these to return tool suggestions. Please don't enter personal information about clients.
- Your email address, only if you submit the "Send me my stack" form and tick the consent box. We store it with your task, the suggested tools and the date.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, used only for spam and abuse prevention (rate limiting). We don't store your raw IP address in our database.
- Our host (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
- To show you tool suggestions and improve the matcher.
- With your consent, to email you your stack and occasional tips. Every email will include an unsubscribe link.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
The site runs on Cloudflare (hosting, database, and Workers AI, which classifies the task text). Data may be processed outside Canada, including in the United States.
AI processing
Matcher text is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to classify the task. Suggestions only come from our curated tool database.
Retention and your choices
We keep signup data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw consent, at any time by replying to any email from us.
Affiliate links
When you click a tool link, the vendor's own privacy policy applies on their site. See our affiliate disclosure.
Changes
We'll update this page if our practices change.
